Review on ๐Ÿณ Vintage Sunbeam Mixmaster Mixers - Univen Mixer Beaters Compatible Models (See Description) by Jacob Brooks

Revainrating 2 out of 5

They are good but no better than the old sturdy ones

Bought to replace the original Sunbeam Mixmaster whisks from the 1970's. The thin little flanges (near the ferrules that go into the machine) feel very flimsy and probably not as strong as the original fittings, which were cast metal. Also, the single-slot attachment at the top requires a bit of wiggling to snap into place. On the original whisk, one of the loops on the square whisk was somehow bent, preventing the mixer from spinning smoothly. I'm glad I was able to get them as a replacement, but still unfazed by the comparatively flimsy design.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Not the best
