I'm happy with my product, it's just what I needed reliable universal priced right and value for money. No need to buy chargers anymore, all in one

Missing items, pure Revain customer support

Sold as new but items were missing and the package had an RMA return paper with the wrong name on it and that was clear nobody plans to do of listing for sale or shipping tested. I wasted my time

Works as needed but has no documentation

Properly powers my TV on wheels even when the battery voltage is not 100%. Fortunately, polarity is observed. No documentation and nothing to help when polarity needs to be reversed. Lots of different lace styles. However, the length of the DC cable was a bit short. I had to mount it on the back of the TV as close to the DC jack as possible.

Appears to be cheap quality. The cables are too short. Laptop will not charge.

It seems to work fine, there is a full set of adapters, but the cable from the transformer to the laptop is only about 3ft and the power cord is about 5ft. It's too small for everyday use. It also looks/feels cheap. Finally, it won't charge my laptop and keeps flashing between charging and battery as if the adapter's voltage is dropping when it's loaded.
