🌍 All-Inclusive Universal Air Vent Mount: A Perfect Fit for Any GPS Brand Review

I needed something to hold my Garmin GPS and this fits right into the opening and adjusts to the size of the GPS - I've had it for a few months now and it never lets it in Sting. Good quality product!

This is a really good mount for phone and navigator. This works very well. Only one thing - for God's sake, do not drop! I did this and one of the vent's mounting clips broke. Inspection revealed that they were held in place by incredibly fragile plastic sticks that overlapped each other. It would be easier to make a stronger reinforcement. I can fix this by drilling a hole and using a small screw, but I don't have to!

Dangerous product can cause accidents! Tried this with a TOMTOM 5" VIA1515, the weight of the mount and GPS is too much for the clips to hold it in the vent. This was on a 2014 4 cylinder non-turbo Ford Fusion. The amazing G-forces generated by this supercar caused the GPS to fly off the dash and into my hands within the first mile. Further attempts to tighten it into the air vents resulted in one of the clips snapping off.

My Universal Vent Mount arrived on time and in good condition. Very easy to install. I didn't have to read the instructions for this product, it's pretty easy. It simply snaps into your car's air vent, place the GPS in the center of the device, press the mount to fix your GPS, it's that simple. No more sticking to the window or dashboard. Unfortunately it does not work well with the latest large screen GPS navigators with rear outlets. In order to create space for power cables or a Garmin 90° power cable mount, my Garmin nüvi 3597LM had to be pulled out a bit, which made it wobble in the universal mount on the air vent. I have a TomTom VIA1525TM GPS and it fits this mount very well. On trips we've taken, it holds the device in place and doesn't interfere with ventilation. However, as they say, there was a serious problem. The GPS navigator runs on battery power for about an hour before you need to connect it to the charger. Over the years I have tried many iPod mounts for car air vents. Most of them are of terrible quality, and often the springs end up in the channels when they inevitably break (including my latest Kensington).
