This product ships in two separate shipments. We received the table a few days after we ordered it, but didn't receive the chairs till a few weeks later. It is not fun to put together. It took several hours and the directions consist of a printed diagram so are a little difficult to follow. But the patio set looks nice once it was finally put together. The Chairs are great and assembled easily. The table is great but had issues with both packaging and assembly. Our first table delivery had to be rejected due to scratched table glass and legs. This was due to insufficient padding and wrapping. I must say customer support was easy to deal with and replaced the table quickly. I purchased one of these sets, and all was fine. Then I purchased a second set and it arrived damaged. The box was obviously smashed and the table parts were broken and bent (the chairs were OK). I emailed the seller and they immediately sent me new parts. I am very impressed with the service!The product is very good, but I found it somewhat difficult to assemble. I really want to shout out Phi Villa! They have amazing customer service. My first table I didn’t receive at all. I reached out and the resent one after they followed up with the tracking. Then I finally received the second table and it arrived damaged. Yet again I reached out and had another table less than a week later.Now when it comes to the assembly I t took me a second to get the hang of the tools provided, but once I did it was an easy assembly. I did not take it seriously when other reviewers complained about assembly. Let me describe my experience this way. First, this was the kind of set I was looking for. Update to original post. To start, the order was not delivered complete. The chairs showed up without the table. I notified the seller by email and they responded within 48 hours saying the table was ready to be picked up by the carrier for delivery to me. No more communication after that but the table arrived a week later. The quality is good and consistent. No problem with any of the parts but the assembly instructions are drawings only. Nice set but wish the table came with leveling screws like the chairs have. One part on the chair was defective and bent. Emailed company and after a few email exchanges, they sent me a new part. I was very happy with their customer service.

After a simple but tedious build. I’m enjoying the view. The bar height chairs were just what I needed. It was nice to find the quality matched the example photos. Ill let you know how many seasons I get but for now I’m quite satisfied

This patio set arrived in two boxes which seemed to be packed well to avoid shipping damage. While other reviewers may have complained about the difficulty I found this easy to put together. The instructions are clear but some of it is in small'ish print making it a little difficult for me to see, but not so bad that I couldn't. I’ve been eyeing this and finally purchased it. I think it is good value for the money. But the directions leave something to be desired. Trying to figure out which screws and washers and nuts go with what on the chairs is extremely challenging with the directions that they give. Tiny drawings only. No written directions. But if you figure it out I think it’s worth it.
