Functionally this hub/adapter is exactly what I need and need. I connect it to my work laptop, I have two HDMI cables going from the hub to my two additional monitors. We bought a HUB so you can use dual monitors as well as all the other features this device offers. When we connected the hub and monitors to the laptop, everything worked as expected. We didn't have a TEAMS meeting but during the meeting the laptop camera was fine but we couldn't hear the other participants and they couldn't hear us. I found this out with my other TOTU hub: you can use it with three monitors if you turn off your laptop's screen (press Windows+P keys, then click Second only Screen). If you are using a DisplayPort adapter, use active. Excellent technical support. I had no issues with this hub and my previous TOTU hub. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a USB-C hub.
