I've been trying to track down a missing order for months and would like a refund. Finally arrived and disappointed. Many diamonds are stuck together and unusable. It was cheap and now I understand why. I do not recommend this company as it is a very cheap product.

Reasonable price but you get what you pay for. The pearls are not very uniform in size or shape. When the painting is finished, it's not very easy to understand what it is. It arrives rolled up but they are crumpled leaving you with certain creases that are difficult to smooth out while you are finishing it.

Good kit, but. Remember that the handle that comes with the kit has only one end. You can only place one bead on the canvas at a time. Other sets I've ordered have had double ended handles that allow you to pick up at least three other beads at a time. This is important in this project as there are many beads in a row. I had to order a separate accessory set with different grips.
