I don't know about the seller but the product was defective when I installed it and it crashed again almost breaking my window in a traffic jam on the Autobahn.

We purchased this part and installed it at our local repair shop. So far we are very satisfied. The repair cost was much less than we expected! The only thing we didn't understand was that they really should be swapped out in pairs. So if you're considering buying one, be sure to buy two.

Installation was very easy. Also, this is an OEM, don't buy anything else as I went through 3 sets until I bought OEM. There are cheaper parts out there but I warn you I tried 3 sets which took me about a month to purchase the original. a part that is much better built than the cheaper ones. I'm just trying to save someone from wasting time, money and energy on a useless cheap copy.

Saved the day! The passenger window of my 01 Volvo S80 had fallen into the door; totally lost sight of because one of them broke (weird are the fragile *plastic bits that ride in the *metal rails that hold your *glass window).
