Not as pictured

I did not receive the picture. The one I received doesn't have a nice rounded bottom. I still use it but I'm disappointed. I prefer a different style because it doesn't spill when I tilt the palette.

Pros
  • Made of plated stainless steel and weighs only 2 ounces
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Great mugs for studio or wilderness work

I have several of these palette mugs and use them with the usual suspects: linseed oil, turpentine; even water. The upper seals perfectly and I've never had any issues with leakage or evaporation. Mine went through this too... For example I dropped 3 of them (not on purpose) from about 5 feet (1.5m). , while full of liquid...no evidence of a leak, no visible damage. I've stretched the clamp to the point where I'm wondering if it's going to break...don't worry. The only thing I can say is that…

Pros
  • Has a bottom clip that slips over the edge of your palette
Cons
  • There are new competitors
