Excellent customer service and quick response times

The support team has been very responsive to our needs over time! They have helped us with all of my questions or concerns about their product that I may not be able get answers from other sources online (i'm sure there are plenty out here). It's nice having someone available 24/7 when you need them most - which isn't always convenient but they've done it so far without complaint :) We use this tool primarily as an admin console where we can see what messages were sent / received between agents

Great way communicating between teams and even clients

The system has been easy to use since the first day I got it installed in our office as well! It's just one more channel that we can easily integrate with other tools (Slack) so all of them are connected together really seamlessly now. Nothing at this time yet!! We've only started using their platform but everything seems pretty good right from user management through analytics - great support too :) definitely worth trying out if you're looking into multiple communication platforms…
