I bought these pillow inserts based on good reviews. I'm not sure if I got a bad badge, but I'm far from satisfied. I was surprised to see that one of the pillows had two yellow stains on it. Not sure what it is (?) but you can't wash the cover so they stay there forever. Also, the pillows are pretty flat even after quite a bit of "fluff". I have included a picture so you can compare the contents of this pillow (purple cover) to other inserts I have purchased. I'll probably buy new earplugs.

I bought these Utopia throw pillows in sizes 22" and 26" to fit 20" and 24" respectively. I've attached photos of a 22" pad on the left and a 26" pad on the right. While 22" pillows fit snugly (almost to the point of overflowing) in 20" cases, resulting in perfectly plump pillows, 26" pillows barely fill 24" cases. Padding in the 26-inch cushions was also lumpy and unevenly distributed. (The 22" liners too, but once I slipped them into the 20" cases they were fine as they were pretty stuffed.)…

They lie side by side in a vacuum bag so at first glance you might think they accidentally sent you a regular pillow, but when you open the package instead of sending it back straight away you'll see that this is the correct item. Reviews that the pillows are very flat and do not swell over time are true. I was very disappointed when they didn't fluff up after being removed from the sealed pouch. I figured it wouldn't hurt if I tried fluffing them up myself as I'll just get them back if they stay flat. WELL, they got VERY fluffy, like this: I grabbed them by the corners and really shook them.
