This is junk! Once you play around with the pins and add them to the cases, they just slide back. The mechanism that holds the pins is broken. I tried several cases until I gave up. I would ask for a refund but $17 isn't worth going to the UPS store. Sometimes the cheap stuff at Revain is actually a bargain. This isn't one of them.

Some reviewers have given this product a pretty bad rating (2 pin weatherproof plug) thinking it's weak, easy to break, difficult to assemble, doesn't jam or one makes bad contact, it just shows you didn't put it together correctly. These connectors are made of really high quality and durable parts that seal perfectly against water. I collected 15 of these with no problems. Good product that I will buy again.

I don't know why there are so many positive reviews about this product, it's very bad. First, there are absolutely no instructions. Second, the material is very poor, the metal is very thin and bends very easily. Third, the plugs are not fixed in the wires, making them easy to pull out. I'm a smart guy with a lot of experience fixing things and after playing with them for an hour I throw them away!

Awesome Connectors. perfect for all GM connectors. Excellent quality. No plastic injection mold (extra plastic that you have to file or cut and remove). Stay connected. They are perfect for each other. I am confident that synthetic polyurethane rubber weatherproof seals will last a lifetime. Any car I rebuild and restore I use only to provide my customers with the highest quality wiring.

I was asked what I like and what I don't like. cost efficient. Dislikes: You need a special crimping tool head, which I don't have. You can't use them to make a watertight seal unless you have the right head. They came with no building instructions so I didn't use them in the application I bought them for. I found another hardware solution without even paying for the tool.

Without some sort of direction as to what parts go where and in what orientation is the biggest mistake these connectors make. Luckily, the overview photo here gave me enough clues as to what goes where to sort out the rest. I Always solder wires to connectors and do not rely on mechanical connections to hold wires in place.
