Bought this to replace an older sun hat. I like the brim which is fairly wide and has enough stiffness to stay horizontal while in use but enough flexibility to fold for packing. It's just a little bit big for me but the adjustable pull string allows you to tighten it around your head. I like the underchin strap to keep it on even when the wind gusts.

We are going to Egypt next month and I needed a good sun hat. Got this one. I really like it. Though I wish it was shipped flat and not folded in half.

hat works perfectly under the sun ,,, it sometimes feels like your head is burning cause of the direct sunlight beaming on the hat. but other than that ,,, its perfect to see in distances and be comfortable in high sunlight areas

Unfortunately, the hats don't come in smaller sizes, but I appreciate the outstanding customer service. That alone is worthy of another star added.Even after the bungie cord thing is as tight as possible, this hat is really large on my head. Do I have a pin head? I don't think so. Wish I could somehow make it smaller, but for now, I'll just plop it on there and hope not a breath of air

I like the hat's quality, material looks good, great for trips, packs good, zipper on top of hat is a plus, love that I can tie it down so it will not blow away. However, the decorative stitching around the rim has a gap. Thread is missing and if you use this hat too many time, in the water, etc. would it come apart?

It's also very windy.This hat is perfect for her. It has all the qualities needed to protect her from the elements, including really nice ventilation. I love this hat! I work at a preschool that spends a majority of its time exploring the outdoors in Southern California so I was definitely looking for something that will help to shield my eyes and keep me cool. This hat does just that! The mesh allows me to stay cool enough and I feel like don’t have to squint as hard with how wide the brim is. The strands do a great job of securing the hat to my head as it often gets windy where I work.

I like the hat overall due to its comfort. One of the main reasons I bought it was because of the drawstring to cinch it around my head for a perfect fit.
