I didn't get what was described

It came with tiny 4-40 regular bolts and nuts, not nylon threaded nuts like I needed, I had to use them temporarily as I was the size had to fasten something asap but i still need the nylon lock nuts and i haven't gotten them now i have to due to another waste of money
