I received the package in pretty good shape. I'd say 4.5 pout of 5. Opening it up everything looked great until I saw the interior mirror. It was cracked in half. I tried to find a way to email the manufacture to get a new mirror. I could not find any way to do that. i called ebay and they told me the old option was to return the whole thing. It looks beautiful and good size, rotates well, easy to assemble. But quality is very cheap, when I was assembling one of the screw it came off with its grip on the back( base and back stand)I tried to upload the pictures but it did not work, there is no another solution except returning and replacement but I don’t want to go through these all, too much work for me to pack and return plus when I will receive new one again same thing. So I kept it. I hope I will have to see further damages 🤞

I love this jewelry cabinet! I gave 5 stars to everything except storage I gave 4 stars and only because I think there needs to be 2 bracelet bars. I recommend looking at the reviews before trying to assemble though, it will help tremendously and save a ton of time. I was able to get this put together in 15 mins by doing so. Box came very damaged so I took lots of pics before opening. The packaging inside kept the unit itself from being damaged. This first one we bought had a broken door mirror. (First picture). We sent that one back and re ordered the same one as it was exactly what I wanted. The second was delivered today and the inside small mirror had come unglued and was cracked, probably due to the fact there is nothing inside to protect the mirror! Really like how much space is in this, the different types of storage (shelves, hooks, bags). My only complaint is the rotation of it. The shelves in the back are nice for storage or even decoration, but when you try to open it the whole thing spins when you pull on the knob. You will also need a few different screw drivers while assembling. Would recommend it though!

It’s sturdy and cute. I built it alone, no problems except I didn’t know to remove the one little piece of wood from the vase before adding the rest- nothing in the directions about that and it seemed really nailed on so I was hesitant to pull off. Finally realized it was the only way it would go together and then the rest was quite simple. The mirror is fine, the jewelry case is as advertised. The base is sturdy and if you’re careful, it will last. I’d buy it again.

This jewelry organizer is the best. It fits perfectly in our new walk-in closet. It holds a ton of jewelry and the small shelves on the back are useful, too. I like that there is a small mirror on the inside also so that you don’t have to shut it to use the full-length mirror when putting on your jewelry. My husband put a peg in the bottom so it would not turn when opening; I recommend doing this.

Generally solid product, but the part that supports the mirror is bent and we’re not able to fit the second storage bin in so, knocked off a star for that.
