Excellent Customer Service, Knowledgeable Engineers

The best part of working with validity was their customer service team which always made sure I had what i needed when it came time for me or my clients install! They also were very helpful in answering any questions that may have come up during our project implementation process as well (ie- how does this work). Their pricing structure seemed fair at first but soon became expensive once we started getting into more complex projects such as network wide devices management/control etc.. We are…

  • Relatively fast response times from techs even though some remote locations involved
