    Easy install perfect for Jayco 224BH

    I bought these for the Jayco 224BH fridge vent. It worked great. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. I have returned two other brands that claimed to fit but not before I found this set. Other brands left gaps big enough for wasps. They fit perfectly. I recommend that you add at least one more zip tie to each screen. This allows you to secure them at the ends and in the middle to keep them from sagging.

    It takes a little time to install but I think they will work just fine.

    They only come with 2 miniature zip ties for each screen but they just didn't hold them tight enough so after installing 3 screens I found my own glass using miniature zip ties and added to each Added three more to the screen. Now securely fastened, they will be held flush with the bottom of the sun slots so the clamps should last a long time.     Valterra A10-1311VP refrigerator air vent is not as shown in actual product photo. Although the screens (3) are 20 inches long and 1-5/8 inches wide (or deep, depending on your point of view), the descriptive product photo shows screens with square ends, not round ends. Each screen has a tilt angle of about 45 degrees. a curve cut into part of the screen at each end of the screen. For my purpose I required square ends for the screens as shown in the product description and these screens would…

    Good product. Clean look and perfect fit.

    These insect screens fit very well and are well made. My only issue was that the zip ties were a bit difficult to find in the mesh holes of the screen where the screen slides back flush with the vent. Also, when tightening the zip tie, they tended to break the "tail" of the zipper that lets the tension through and secures the zip tie. Instead I used 22 gauge wire and twisted the ends of the wire on the back of the vent to tighten with a needle tip or regular pliers. Not only was it easier, but…
