Excellent quality, suitable for plumbing

I bought this to attach to our road trailer's sewer pipe and use the water hose to drain greywater. It works as described.

Pros
  • Excellent for a small house
Cons
  • Protection

great way to divert gray water

Ideally if I park in the yard I can water the yard every time I do my dishes or take a shower. PS NEVER DISCHARGE YOUR BLACK WATER WITH THIS

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Minor issues

Close-fitting gray water cap!

When our gray water cap broke I had to order a new one before our next trip. Valterra is a trusted name so it didn't take me long to decide which cap to buy. I'm glad I did. The fit is snug and actually fits better than the original cap we had in our trailer. The drain on the cap is a definite bonus and the anticipation will come in handy!

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • Good but not great

Savior! on pipes

When the drain valve on my new RV wouldn't close! Dealing with "overflow" then I found that by closing the valve on the end of my drain pipe and OPENING both of my gray water vent valves I doubled my gray water tank to 90 gallons instead of having a COMPLETE drain shower tank and an empty kitchen drain tank!

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Insecure

I want someone to do it.

I was getting my trailer ready for a hike and had to empty my gray tank into my bag to drain the pink stuff. What a bear, although I only had to "carry" him about 25 feet. It was still a swish, hook, unhook, lick, latch, back and forth. So I'm sitting there after having a beer and I'm like, okay, now I have to sanitize the tank and there will be a lot more water (expletive). I would like someone to invent a cap with a hose adapter. The lightbulb goes out, I google it and voila, someone did it…

Pros
  • Sleek and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
