We tried to use it as a top fan that sucks air. The problem is that the head of the mounting screws is 0.1mm within the actual size of the screw hole. So when you tighten the screws, they just fall off with the screws and nothing is holding the fan. Why not include 3 cents? Washers to prevent this? The reason I bought these fans is for the dual ball bearings, not the apparent quietness. Some industrial grade ball bearing fans have (had) a reputation for being insanely loud and I think Vantec wanted to show that they are "quiet" in comparison.
