Business Communications System: VBVoice

I like most about this product is its ease to use with many features available for customizing your own phone system needs. We used it for our business line but now we are moving away from using the hosted PBX as there was no need for more than 10 lines. Customer Service has been great! They have helped us set up everything correctly so far. Easy to connect to their support team when needed. We do not dislike any part of this software yet. It works well for our small businesses.
