Inaccurate. The reading is 3-5 degrees above the correct temperature. I used them for my incubator. Lowered the temperature in the incubator and got a low output rate. I was very unhappy.

Humidor reading inaccurate. The temperature is normal, the humidity is 20 points below normal. Would be concerned if I depended on it for expensive cigars or reptile habitat.

Calibrated and the set I received was VERY EXCELLENT. Place them in a cup of ice to check the temperature and get a reading of 70+ degrees when it should have been 32 degrees. I wish I had thought to test them before using them so I don't lose over $300 in fertilized eggs. Lesson learned and I would not recommend them for an incubator! Very disappointed!

I bought these to use in my incubator, they work great for the most part. My only problem is that the 3 different hygrometers I bought gave very different readings. However, I still have 4 stars for accuracy as this one ended up in the middle of what the other two read, so I tend to think it was the more accurate of the 3.

I had problems with the air conditioning. The system had to be repaired twice in about a week. Bought these for the temp range and sensor thinking I could plug the sensor directly into the register and see the temp in the register more easily. The sensor definitely does nothing. There is a small ventilation hole on the back of the LCD. I think this is where the only sensor is.
