This leash is light and small enough to fit in my back pocket (I have a medium) yet feels sturdy. The ring on the belt/collar clip is large enough to attach to a bin liner etc (Vera Bradley sells the correct ones!). I have a glass vine print that doesn't transfer very well to a thin strip of material. I think the checkered print is more appropriate for this use.

I bought this leash with matching collar. Stitch models both (see photo). I like this leash because it holds tight. I often walk with this fur lady on a hiking and biking trail. She has to hold back a bit when bikes pass by. This leash is easy to wear on my wrist and pulls the leash close to the collar to discourage them from impulsively pouncing on the bikes. This leash works great and is very stylish! Firstly it is very well made, has been used a few times and shows no signs of breakage. My dog pulls a little and everything is held tight and tight. I was a bit apprehensive about this, but I was pleasantly surprised! This line got wet and I have no problem reporting it. My dog is a medium sized purebred labrador, but she is quite strong. I can't comment on how well this works on large dogs and other breeds, but it worked perfectly for me!
