Great piece of equipment- just watch your fingers

This is a really versatile piece of equipment and you can perform quite a few exercises, from cardio/HITT to weightlifting, resistance training (with tubes) etc. It is heavy and that obviously serves a purpose. When you open and close the legs, I recommend you do so while the unit is ON ITS SIDE. Before a workout, put unit on its side, and open the legs. After a workout, lay on its side and close the legs. You can control it much better this way and avoid a possible accident-- it almost fell on

Pros
  • It’s a great purchase. I use it for chest presses, step ups, split squats.
Cons
  • Not designed for heavy lifting

Almost as good as the Orange Theory bench

Bought this because I really like the bench at Orange Theory. This one is much like it except for a couple things: the bench compartment is really hard to open on my unit, it’s a workout in itself to get it to open. Feels "stuck” most of the time. The legs tend to fold a bit too easily. I don’t move it around too much so it doesn’t bother me, it is very sturdy when in place. I’m 6ft/200lbs and no problem doing my weight training. I can sit/lay/step/jump on it without issues.

Pros
  • Colors sucked but I can get over that.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other workout equipment

Great bench!: my feedback

I bought this bench for some quarantine exercise time at my house. The price was very fair and I was incredibly impressed with the quality. The bench is extremely sturdy and easy to move around quickly. Adjustment is easy for a variety of exercise, and it tips vertical for space saving storage in the closet when I don’t need it. This item vastly outperformed my expectations. Thank you for a high grade quality item.

Pros
  • I absolutely love this bench took my workout to another level
Cons
  • May take up too much room in a crowded gym

Great overall in my review

Theres not much bad I can say about this. Everything it say its does. It's been awesome. The only thing we do not like, is the bumpy rubber top. It's great for no slipping but it is not comfortable on the butt, back or head at all. A smooth anti slip surface would be better. I have to use a towel folded. For some support and my husband has a bald head so this is uncomfortable for him. Other then that, we love it. 3 levels of bench and slots for band use

Pros
  • The bench is very heavy to maneuver, and not compact to store easily
Cons
  • Bulky and inconvenient to store

I love this step/bench!

I was looking for a replacment weight bench to replace the one I have from circa 1987, but I was also looking for a sturdy stepper. This covers all of my needs. The ability to strap my resistance tubes/bands in is an added bonus! It is sturdy enough to do dumbell presses either flat or inclined, as well as step ups holding weights. Note that with the tubes, I had to thread them through the incline supports in order for the bench to close back down, but I can now do seated rows and don't need to

Pros
  • Well made, durable, and versatile.
Cons
  • May be too heavy to move around for some individuals

Great product at better price!

I was debating between this one and the Reebok version. I used to use at orange theory and wanted to add in home gym. SO glad I got this one! Literally feels just as sturdy as more expensive ones with all the same features. Highly recommend for the price! And love the real and grey colo

Pros
  • Allows for creative and customizable workouts
Cons
  • May not be suitable for short users

Good product, bad packaging leads to damage.

Overall pleased with the product itself. Seems versatile for both me and my wife to use for various workouts at home. However, the box appears to have been dropped and the product is damaged/dented. Expect things to be better for this price point. Feel I should get a scratch/dent discount.

Pros
  • I don't like that is so low to the ground.
Cons
  • May be too difficult to use for beginners

Useful for many exercises

We use this bench for our step-ups and it’s very sturdy. Then it’s good for chest press and reclining chest press and decline chest press. It also has a little bit of room within the bench for storage. I really like it. Nothing I can say bad about it.

Pros
  • Can be used for plyometrics training
Cons
  • May not be adjustable enough for different exercise levels

Great piece of equipment for your home gym

I love this versatile piece of equipment! It’s useful for so many different exercises. The only reason I did not give it four stars is because after only a couple of uses, the handle to open the compartment started sticking - it got to be very difficult to open and takes me standing on to close. I don’t know if that is a common problem or not, but even given that I still highly recommend this stepper.

Pros
  • ‎XL4D
Cons
  • May not provide enough challenge for experienced lifters

This bench is sturdy but small

This bench is great for at home workouts. However I don't recommend it for tall people. My daughters and I use it perfectly but we're all under 5'4", it's also slightly low to the ground. That being said for the price it's AMAZING for our purposes, very stable and sturdy.

Pros
  • Helps increase endurance and stamina
Cons
  • May not provide enough challenge for advanced users

Decent bench for the price

It seems to be a pretty good bench for the money. The pictures make it seem like it’s bigger then it actually is and I really wish there was some kind of instructions with it for how to use the holes for the bands to workout.

Pros
  • Can be used for core strengthening exercises
Cons
  • Not suitable for moderate-intensity workouts

Very Multi-Functional

I purchased this deck as an addition to my home gym as I needed an aerobic deck to continue my Physical Therapy rehab at home. This was the perfect height when at it's lowest at 8 inches and highest at 14 inches. At 8 inches is where I use it for my rehab exercises. When set at 14 inches I use it for Glute Bridges. As I mentioned earlier, it's a great addition to my garage gym.

Pros
  • Can be used for both upper and lower body workouts
Cons
  • Not suitable for the elderly or people with frailty

Used one time and pieces broke

We used this once. Folded the legs back down and pieces of it broke. The bottom part of the leg is now loose and the gripper is coming off .

Pros
  • Grippy footbase and surface: Finished with anti-slip rubber backrest and base, adjustable bench gives you confidence throughout sessions; Comfortably do squats, lunges, jump box, bench press, planking, push-ups, dips, Pilates, other exercises you love
Cons
  • May not be challenging enough for experienced lifters

Good bench for home workouts

I like the product because it is nice and light. It is easy to move around. I use it primarily for bench presses and also step ups. It works well and looks decent. You may want a pad because it is a little hard on the back. Overall, I really like it.

Pros
  • Can be used for a full-body workout
Cons
  • May require further assembly beyond initial setup

Good product, too low to the ground.

I bought this product for the purpose of exercising in my home and have to say it is very sturdy and versatile. However, it is too low to the ground, and will replace this item with either an adjustable bench from Flybird or Bowflex.

Pros
  • Provides a variety of hand positions for different exercises
Cons
  • May cause pain or discomfort to certain body parts during use

Great item best in my review

I really like this bench. So versatile. Great piece of equipment. For those that said that I was dangerous or those who buy in the future, make sure you hear the clicks when using all positions.

Pros
  • No me agradó que viniera sin lo que se muestra, pesas, ligas, etc ...
Cons
  • Limited weight capacity

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice sturdy bench: my feedback

Love this bench and it’s ease of use. I didn’t give it five stars because of the bumpy padding on top. Very uncomfortable for hands and back. I lay a yoga mat over it for cushioning.

Pros
  • Foldable to save space: Foldable design allows you to store it conveniently; Innovative form with 2 internal storage compartments can keep accessories such as dumbbells, resistance bands and other training equipment, making your workout space neat. Before using this product, please check the attached instruction manual in its box or below this page for proper utilization
Cons
  • May cause joint pain and discomfort during certain exercises

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice bench, slight room for improvement

Great bench, however the folding bench mechanism can be a bit tricky. The bumpy surface can also make for a uncomfortable workout so be sure to lay a towel or some sort of padding down first before laying on it.

Pros
  • I really like it but the surface is a bit uncomfortable to do ab work on.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for high-intensity workouts

Used product, customer service number/website don’t work

Just got this today. I saw many other reviews indicating they had received a used item and mine also came used. It is scratched, scuffed, dirty and has some minor nicks but no severe cracks. It can still be used but it’s very annoying to receive a used product for this price. First impression is that I am 5’5” and would NOT recommend this for anyone taller than that as your head would be off the end when lying flat. Also it really hurts the back of the head and will require a mat or some kind…

Pros
  • ‎44 x 14 x 10 inches
Cons
  • Too complex to use for beginners

Works well: my feedback

Does what I need it to do and good product for what it is. If you want a legit weight bench, buy that, but this is super functional for what I need and my garage workouts.

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • Difficult to clean
