This is a really versatile piece of equipment and you can perform quite a few exercises, from cardio/HITT to weightlifting, resistance training (with tubes) etc. It is heavy and that obviously serves a purpose. When you open and close the legs, I recommend you do so while the unit is ON ITS SIDE. Before a workout, put unit on its side, and open the legs. After a workout, lay on its side and close the legs. You can control it much better this way and avoid a possible accident-- it almost fell on my foot and hit my leg, leaving a bruise. It's still a good piece of equipment.
