Works great for fish tank lights

I got this to replace the light switch adapter for my led fish tank hood light and it works great! It was perfect for the job and even has a convenient on/off switch

  • UL listed and looks like quality plug.
Cons
  • The power cord may be too short for some users, requiring the purchase of a separate extension cord

Works for Laney Lionheart mini stack

Got this for my Laney Lionheart mini stack. Works great, the inline on/off switch is nice, and it's $20 cheaper than the Laney.

Why make the little plug end so thick?

This would work fine if you never have to insert it into a hole. I have a neon sign and the insertion is a hole too small for this monstrous plug. Not sure why the designer didn't think to make the plug as skinny as possible for this reason. I had to cut away the plastic around the plug to make not thin enough to fit. I regret buying this. Take this rating with a grain of salt.

Needed for a specific purpose and it worked perfectly.

I installed LED lights in the buildings of my wife’s Christmas village. Needed to power the system and it works great. The little adapter that is included made it even simpler to hook up. I expected to have to cut the end off and solder it in, but this eliminated that need. Nice touch!

Fixed my under cabinet LED lights

Fixed my LED under cabinet lights which had many symptoms . My original power source was 1amp and this one is 2 amps. The on/off switch is located on the adapter, making it difficult to turn off individual devices if using multiple adapters!

Excellent combination power supply and switch

I've used separate power supplies and switches for a couple years, and recently found this one. It simplifies the connection and eliminates a fail point. I will continue to buy them for my mosaic globe lights.

Needed this for a clock with a neon light. I like that the switch is higher up near the clock face so it's easy to access. Thanks for attention!

Seems to be working perfectly

This product worked perfectly directly out of the box. We used it to replace the adapter original to our aquarium , which was fraying and becoming dangerous. I read a ton of negative reviews on comparable products, and glad I chose this one! So far so good; it’s UL listed and seems legitimately manufactured (not always the case anymore!).

Pretty good best in my review

Works just like I'd expect it to. My only criticism is that the LED is currently on the wall port side and is on whenever it's plugged in, regardless of the switched state. It'd be more helpful if the LED was on the switch itself and only lit when the switch was closed.

This thing has already survived a few power outages and supplies power to my fishtank at work and have full confidence in knowing that the light will come back on when power is back on
