Faulty Radiator Connector - Avoid!

This sensor adapter was a complete waste of time and money .Through trial and error, I found that it did not fit properly and caused a coolant leak. The only pro is that it is made of aluminum which is lightweight. the major con is that it is poorly designed and does not work as advertised. I recommend avoiding this product and looking for a more reliable option..

When I replaced the LS1 there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. One of these was a change in the route of the steam line. There were several solutions posted on the blogs but this seemed to be the best. Although this unit was originally designed to screw on a water temperature sensor, I installed a 90* brass fitting with a 3/8 bolt instead. I ran a steam hose from cylinder #1 to a connecting pipe, which allowed trapped air to escape into the radiator and out the pressurized…
