Serious pinch, serious screw. when it needs to be really tight and secure. Good ending. If this works in your application then they are much better than screw terminals.

The bracelet itself is stainless steel, but Vibrant wanted to save 50 cents and made a zinc plated mild steel nut/bolt. I live where it's salty in the winter and I can tell you if I ever have to loosen this collar for various engine maintenance jobs in a few years, it will snap or round the nut in an instant when loosened.

Genuine offer, high quality AccuSeal stainless steel bands. I replaced a couple of badly rusted clamps on a used exhaust pipe as well as the section of pipe they clamped. Like new! As another reviewer noted, the bolt and nut are not stainless steel, so I applied some anti-seize to reduce the risk of awkward removal on the road.
