Purchased 2. Dimmer does not work at all on one. And second, the dimmer stopped working after being plugged in and turned on for just ten or twenty minutes. Then they need to be turned off to cool down. The switches get very hot. (The one where the dimmer doesn't dim, I used it as a spare for my bedroom lamp. I turned it on so I could see before I went to bed. It started smoking and burning right in the switch!) Seriously , that's a fire hazard!

At first the light seemed to work fine but on the second day the dimmer stopped working. I have to turn off every single light. Eventually the dimmer works again but stops working if I leave the light on for a while. The dimmer is also VERY HOT. Enormous fire hazard! Not to mention the cardboard used as part of the lamp socket construction. Overall very poor quality and I will be back before my house burns down because of them.

I got these lights to work by wrapping them around a pole but initially thought I could just wrap them nicely using the hooks provided . This is my DIY project and a vintage multi-lamp display. First let me say that it is very durable and very well built. When you hang them up all the sockets are on different tiers, there is a handy braided loop at the top and during a test run I plugged in and plugged in some Edison lightbulbs and it looked amazing.
