I've always had this CD on cassette but I threw away the cassettes when we moved so it was great to find the CD! One of the songs "The Search Is Over" was even sung at my wedding many years ago. I don't love every song as much as this one, but at least I like them all.

80's music tends to get old really fast these days but I grew up in the 80's and it was a really good album. SURVIVOR gained popularity in 1983, a year before this release. with ROCKY 3's EYE OF THE TIGER, after the song became a big hit, the original singer left due to vocal problems. breathed new life into the group SURVIVOR, which included hits like CAN'T HOLD BACK, HIGH ON YOU and THE SEARCH IS OVER. This is my favorite Survivor disc! I like Jimi Jamieson's "powerful" vocals. My favorite songs are I Can't Help It, You're Delighted, The Search Is Over, First Night, I See You In All, and Forever. The rest of the songs are also very good. It's very rare that I find a CD where every song is very good, if not excellent, and this is one of those rare occasions.
