Very pretty but useless. The clasp doesn't work so I redid it but in less than 10 days the rivets holding the plate to the bracelet broke. I'll end up spending triple what I paid but it's very nice.

This bracelet appears to be a steal and it was received as promised but the clasp is IMPOSSIBLE, it took me quite a while to figure it out and I couldn't put it on with one hand. The instructions are very small and incomprehensible. I would say the lettering was correct and very legible, but the bracelet is simply unusable. I requested a refund which I received immediately without having to send it back.

My mother wanted a medical bracelet for Christmas that didn't look so simple and medical. I found this one for her and ordered it once I decided on the colour. It actually arrived on Christmas Eve! Unfortunately, my mother had died the week before, so she never received her gift. Now it's a reminder of the last gift I bought her :( But it's beautifully designed and made. Everyone should be proud to own it.

While this bracelet is good, it is difficult to open to put on, it doesn't always click to keep the clasp closed, you have to fiddle with it a bit to keep it locked. The letters are small and not as easy to read as I am. I was hoping but overall this is a very good bracelet

I love this bracelet. I was hoping it would be a bit bigger (the font is small) but it does the job. Note: Make sure you attach it properly. If this does not happen, it continues to fall. Make sure the clasp catches the other part when you close it.

I ordered the one with the red logo. I just engraved one with no color on silver. The label with identification information was too small, I had to use glasses just to read what was written there. Don't usually wear glasses.

When trying to adjust the strap, the instructions are awful, the clasp cannot be locked to prevent slipping and final locking. You have to take it to a jeweler. If it doesn't work they will return it. It shouldn't be that hard.
