I do not usually write a review but I wanted to warn others. When I opened my package the smell of these belts about knocked me over. It is like a very strong musty smell. I don't know if the smell is from the manufacturer or the warehouse that stored them. I have placed these belts in a plastic bag with baking soda but it did nothing to help. Now I can not send them back and don't know what to do with them. I do like the belts and they fit beautifully but I can't wear them because people would

These were exactly what I needed. I purchased some dresses that weren't form fitting and these were the perfect touch to add extra style and shape. I normally wear a size 8 and I have these belts using the last notch just under my bust. They do stretch so could fit someone a little bigger but if too much more, I'd suggest sizing up. I believe these could fit someone in sizes 4 & 6 as well.

The black belt was in great condition, but the brown belt was discolored in certain spots. Some spots were lighter in color than the rest of the belt.

Great for the price! It's comfortable to wear. The only thing is it has a bit of a strong smell from the material of the latch section, but it's not noticeable unless you put your nose to it. It was a great buy!

Nice belts for the price. I had originally bought them in a small and ended up returning them for the medium. I purchased the belts back in October and after wearing on a daily basis they have not lost any elasticity. I highly recommend this product.

The belts themselves are cute. They’re plain enough to go with any dress. However, they smell horrible. They have a very strong chemical odor.

They really do smell so badly. When I read other reviews i thought that person must be complaining or exaggerating but these smell so badly. I gave myself a headache from it by the time I left work wearing this.

I order the brown and black ones, fit great, quality great for the price….but the smell is awful!. Smells very. musky , it’s so bad I can’t even ware them!. Probably going to return them because of the smell.

Because it matched my clothing better. I don’t think I’ll use the tan belt as much as that shade of brown was harder to pair with outfits in my closet.

The belts fit well and will be worn with several dresses that I have. One word of caution: these had a very strong plastic chemical odor. I sprayed them down with white vinegar and left them in the fresh air and they were fine.

Everything about these is great - except for the musty/plasticky smell. Luckily it has faded but sometimes I still get a whiff of it. Fit as described, and look cute.

Received both belts basically for the price of one! Very nice looking and sturdy. They do stretch. Band width is large, but that's what I was looking for, if you're looking for a slim belt, this is not it. Perfect for a dress or long shirt, or adding some flare to other outfits.
