Be careful not to put this in your headlights or daytime running lights, it appears pink NOT RED. It can also work for subjects that don't have a light source. I had to return it.

So I didn't buy it for taillights. I actually bought it to tint the lenses of a gas mask red for a suit I was putting together for a convention. I haven't tinted it yet, I'll post pics soon.

The product is easy to apply and covers well, but. Mostly pink/orange. Appears as a faded red when placed over the transparent portion of the taillight. I even tried putting another layer on top of the vinyl to make it redder and it didn't help at all, it doesn't match my Mercedes' red taillights at all. Very disappointed.

I was very happy when I was finally able to wrap this hemispherical Mini Cooper fog light. My suggestion is to make a video for hemispheres like lights that are a bit more rounded instead of being completely flat. I haven't installed it yet, so I'm not 100% sure about the durability. the time will show

Big fan of Vvivid vinyl products; However, when I first tried this red shade I initially thought the WOW came out really well, although I applied it in two coats to get more 'red'. My client on which I installed it. Came back to me 2 days later with evidence that the material was puckering and bubbling. I didn't overexert myself or use heat. I'll attach a photo immediately after installation, then after 2 days.

Typical problems with this vinyl that we have had with most old VVIViD materials. Rolled up too tight and when unfolding there are creases that I don't want to come out. Definitely not as good as the yellow XPO product we loved so much. I wish they were red too. The finished product definitely looks pink. Since this is on my wife's Lexus it was a huge plus for her. Personally, I won't be using anything other than XPO from now on. But I think for the price you should expect problems.

I've been tinting cars and putting vinyl on headlights for 20 years. &"It was pretty easy, I glued it on and it looked great. But when I was done with the second headlight, the first one came off. I tried to attach and hold it but the edges came off over and over again. Even small turn signals in the rear view mirrors came off. The end result was that they had to be removed.
