Leaves a very long lasting beautiful shine

Best silver polish I have ever used. A clerk at a fashion store that sells beautiful antique silver cutlery told me they use this brand. They told me to only use cotton balls (or cotton pads) to apply. NEVER RINSE. Let it dry and then take the time to use a commercially available cloth (such as a cloth diaper) to buff and clean. It seems like a lot of steps but when I saw how long my silver stays shiny and flawless I was blown away! Serious. This is a game changer!

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Upgrades

My father owned a jewelry shop, he sold china, cutlery, sterling, when mum and dad died my sisters didn't want silver. So I inherited everything. I have tried every other silver polish and within a month I had to repeat the process. Thanks to Hagerty silver polish I didn't have to re-polish all my jewelry for over a year. It is easy to use, do not use water, just wipe with a soft cloth and wipe the tarnish with another soft cloth. My dad swore by Hagerty polish and I will never use anythingโ€ฆ

Works great - polished metal

Works great but be careful as anything it touches will turn rusty orange. The smell isn't very pleasant either, but I wasn't expecting that. I'm not a fake profile and I don't get paid for reviews. This is because I find other honest reviews helpful and tired of all the fake reviews polluting this site. If you find my review helpful, please take the time to rate it as such, not because I get anything from it, but so others can see the real reviews. Thank you and happy shopping!

What grandmother used

Finally found - Grandmother's housekeeper used this tool to keep the family's silver collection clean. I don't have a goddamn housekeeper, but this thing works great with the only good thing I could inherit. This requires elbow grease, and as mentioned in a previous post, it's best to cover the piece with the blackest part of the fabric on the hard-to-remove area of the silver piece. I have no idea why this works, but it works. Use in a well-ventilated area and wear disposable surgical glovesโ€ฆ

Pros
  • A large selection

Silver Polish - Household

I have a collection of silver jewelry. I admit that I don't take good care of him. I fade it and wear it with patina. I decided to take the best glass of my jewelry and went looking for a cleaning lady. I chose Hagerty Silver Polish. This material smells disgusting. I applied and cleaned the product to my jewelry as directed. Looks like new after cleaning! I read somewhere that polishing silver damages it and that's why black spots appear on the towel when you clean it. I don't plan to clean my

Works very well with the right technique.

I ordered this after getting tired of looking at tarnished antique silver cups and other silver items I've inherited. The cups were kind of brownish dark grey. Hagerty worked, but it took some experimentation to find the best technique for strong tarnishing. A thin layer of material (applied with a cloth) is a good start. After a few minutes, wipe it off with the same cloth. This will begin to remove heavy tarnish. Just keep rubbing with the same cloth. The fabric turns black (from theโ€ฆ
