Arrived on time and well packaged. This is a good skull, decent detail for its size. From the reviews I realized that this is not a half scale. So I wasn't too surprised or disappointed when I opened the box. It was a bit more than I was willing to pay for such a small piece, but it's still a good deal and I'm glad to have it in my collection.

I like this skull, I bought it to use as a model for drawing. The only complaint is that the mouth doesn't adjust as well as we'd like; It's spring loaded so you can open it, but it closes by itself. It doesn't stay open where you put it, so I have to find a way to keep it open, which is a bummer. I wish it had a mechanism that would allow you to close and open it as far as you want and stay where you put it. Apart from that everything is alright.

Definitely less than half the size. I also have a life size human skull. If you compare them you can see that this little guy is not "half size". It's still a nice little skull though. It's got more detail than you'd expect from something so small, and it's nice and sturdy rather than a cheap flimsy plastic piece. The spring that holds the jaw in place is surprisingly strong too. It still gets 4 stars because it's exactly what I need!
