This is a poorly made scrubber. According to the instructions, the scrubber works. However, you need to apply some pressure where the brush touches the surface of the tile. At this point, despite the fact that all parts of the handle are fixed, the rotation is turned off and turned on again. I might as well wipe myself with my own fat.

I'd like to say something positive about it, but after a full charge two things happen. First, the round brush cleaning was pretty weak and it stopped spinning when I lifted it in higher areas. Second, the power turns off when I plug in the extension. Only works without an extension. I am terribly disappointed. I strongly do not recommend it for deep cleaning.

UPDATE - Despite engine problems and the need for replacement, customer service has been excellent. They contacted me and helped me get it right and so I will definitely buy something in the future if needed. Leo my representative was very sincere and friendly! I only bought it to clean the bathroom and try to use it. To clean my tiles in the shower, it kept turning off despite being fully charged. I'm disappointed but not surprised.

Works well, makes cleaning the shower easier. Although it feels like it won't last very long with frequent use. Since everything is plastic I'm pretty sure it will fall apart if dropped. If I push too hard on the tile with the brush, it actually stops rotating with force and gets stuck.
