A useful tool when looking into IT operations

The best part is I can see all my alerts in ONE location rather than searching for each app individually. Sometimes it takes multiple taps/clicks before you get an alert that doesn't make sense (like sending email). Other times there's just no way of getting at some apps if they are hidden behind other more popular ones like Google maps or Facebook Messenger - this makes finding them really difficult! So far we haven't found much use outside from having access to our alarms but maybe itsโ€ฆ

  • Easy interface design making user experience intuitive enough where users do not need training periodally when new functionality becomes available due to updates etc
