Waterproof Case For IPhone 13 Pro - LifeProof FRE SERIES In Black Review

I have had a life proof case since the start of the company. Otterbox must have felt a little pressure from the competition and bought them out. Now the customer service is absolute junk and the Lifeproof cases that we used to know will no longer exist. That’s too bad, they were the best case on the market. I will buy junk cases before I buy Otterbox.

I purchased three of these at Xmas for me and my two teenagers to get the best protection on our brand new iPhone 13 pro max phones. Had I known it would negatively effect my photos, I never would’ve purchased this case. I’ve always been an otter box defender user and should’ve stuck with what worked in the past. I was on vacation with someone with the same phone taking photos and couldn’t believe how much better her photos were. Come to find out…it’s the case. Did some research and looks like…

First off I want to say this case is great. It feels great to hold, looks better than the 12pro models and works exactly as it should. To those complaining about the "dots” on the screen, congrats… that’s a dot matrix. It gets rid of the "rainbowing” you complained about on older models. The sound is to be expected out of a COMPLETELY SEALED case… it’s a little muffled, but I’ll admit it sounds 10x better than older models of this case did. Yes… you have to clean grease and oils off the screen…

Had to discard this case after only a few weeks because it made my photos look terrible- turns out lifeproof doesn’t equate to scratchproof, we’re just talking normal in and out of a pocket usage, too. Pretty lame.

Previously purchased this case and never had a problem before, this time the water gets into phone case. also the camera lens got scratched up really quick. In the past I could drop the phone over and over and over again and nothing ever got scratch. Bought this case in august when I upgraded my phone and it is already scratched I have to remove the back to take a picture.

Camera "protector” scratches very easily, making photo quality poor. Screen "protector”scratches easily. Silent button is difficult to operate.

The product is expensive and doesn’t include a manuel . The web address printed on their own product doesn’t exist, no indication on how to open case, no product support at their site and the gasket fell out of the case when I finally got it open. Extremely disappointed in this company. I can’t comment on how well the case works yet because I’m afraid to try it do to the gasket issue.
