Good design, bad plastic!

Overall good design but cheap production. The plastic clips on the expansion covers are very thin and brittle. Two out of 4 had a missing or broken clip (see image). I could still use them, but I know they break after a short while.

Poor quality best in electrics

I was really looking forward to this product. The main box looks ok at the moment but the smaller covers (4) are of very poor quality. 2 out of 4 arrived brand new with a defect and the rest look like they won't last more than a few uses before the clips break. The hinge system is poorly designed, it's just plastic that you bang back and forth every time you close/open the junction box. There is already a thin white stripe on the fold even though they are brand new.

The seller can only be contacted through Revain; but they worked to fix everything.

This is another update to a previous comment. As mentioned below, I have not been able to contact the seller via email or their website. BUT - they responded to my Revain review and immediately replaced the defective product. Given her willingness to make things right, I felt I should let her know. I hope the product works as expected. The box in particular looks well made and very solid. Fingers crossed. I don't know yet how the product will hold up over the long term, but I didn't want to…
