Surprisingly effective at preventing overclocking on the new RTX 3080

This is a preview/early review of the 3 fan model after using this unit for just a day. I'll try to report it in the future if warranted. Background: After months of searching, I managed to get hold of an eVGA RTX 3080 CX3 Ultra as a Christmas present for myself. Short background. My case is designed for water cooling, but has 6 case fans, 1 CPU and 1 HP. This is the LianLI PC08 case (old hardware changed). My GPU is at the bottom and has limited fan support at this point.
