Excellent customer service and reliable device.

This under counter water filter from Watts is a pretty good product. The plastic union nut on the block was broken when received. A quick call to their support team resolved the issue and another one was sent out the same day! For installation in a cold water pipe only. This way you don't need an extra tap. We opted for a T-connector and an extra faucet (our countertop already had a hole for it) and a dedicated line for filtered cold water. This block removes chlorine and downtime and reduces…

Great taste, easy install

Wow, that thing is big! I have a 6 month old 4000 gallon filter in my bathroom and this 10,000 gallon wine under my kitchen sink and they both fit, it's just humongous. I've always wanted an under counter filter system. I am currently using Brita water jugs but they taste like shit. On the other hand, this system doesn't have a flashy flavor, which I appreciate. The Easiest to Install Under Sink Water Filter - Fresh & Clean Water Fast!

Pure H2O high performance water filter from Watts. This thing is bigger than it looks in the picture! When they say you need 3 inches of headspace for the filter, they mean it. But even with no real plumbing experience, I had no problem installing it under the bathroom sink. The actual installation took less than 10 minutes. We've wanted to install a permanent water filter on our kitchen sink for a long time and this water seemed just what we needed.
