Epic little light! PERFECT color and spread

Great little LED flashlight for the money. I feel very unknown in the community but very good quality, like all Wavepoint products. You will not be disappointed!

Pros
  • Ideal for fresh and salt water
Cons
  • Long delivery time

This light packs a punch for its size.

This lantern makes a strong impression because it illuminates the tank properly for its size. I originally bought this for my 5.5 gallon shrimp tank where it worked exceptionally well. I have over a 90 gallon tank now and let me tell you if you had 2 they would cover the entire tank and bright.

Pros
  • Adjustable bracket made of durable, impact-resistant plastic
Cons
  • Repair

Great light, useless clamp mechanism

We bought this light for a bowl in an aquarium hoping to get the right spectrum of light. The light itself works fine and looks good, but the suction cup mechanism is too thin to fit on the pan jar. We all had to take our hands away together and adjust the light to make it work. I would like this product to come out with other mounting options to avoid this problem.

Pros
  • Refugium light
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Very good! The best heating solution for fish and aquatic animals

Very nice! Warm clear light. generates very little heat. Of all the clamps I've looked at, this seems to be the most attractive. It can be moved with the optional arms to reach the aquarium or positioned right on the edge, whichever you prefer. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of an on/off button. I found the brackets good, but there is NO black border in my aquarium. After 2 weeks in the aquarium I noticed that my plants are doing very well!

Pros
  • Aquarium Nano Light
Cons
  • Some bugs

Other than that, the flashlight was great for a full microaglaia

After 10 months of use in my sanctuary under my 72 gallon reef tank, this flashlight died. The power connections are unreliable and the mount does NOT match the typical black aquarium trim. We had to attach a thin piece of plexiglass to the stand because the mount was the wrong size. Other than that the light was great for full function of microeyes, copepods and beneficial bacteria breeding refugia (there was more growth than I could handle).

Pros
  • Waterproof design
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Great aquarium light

The mount is a bit flimsy as others have said but the light is very bright and more than enough for any small aquarium/refuge. In just two days my plants have adapted to the light and are showing healthy light green growth. I am very satisfied with this lamp. If you're looking for something colorful to grow your plants, look no further. EDIT: Woke up this morning and noticed my plants are pearls. To the uninitiated, this means they're photosynthesizing so much that excess gas builds up around…

Pros
  • Ulf low voltage transformer
Cons
  • unreliable

I can't yet tell how this light will affect the growth of my plants as I've just installed it (1.5 gallon DBP long) but it looks fantastic in the aquarium out. As others have said, the clamping mechanism isn't exactly perfect (it barely fits in my tank because it's nano and the finish is smaller). I think it's really designed for the rimless aquarium, which is more popular in saltwater. Hobby. The bonnet is fantastic and sleek and the headlights are bright and well placed. No moonlight setting…

Pros
  • Slim aluminum hood with heat dissipation
Cons
  • So far so good
