🔧 Certified Black Wayne 31006-WYN2 Pump Service Part Review

Nothing special except that the C/S rep said there were no cables in stock for this product. To deceive! Revane had one and it arrived quickly.

I've had a wayne pump for years and it finally worked when I put it in water. (Probably because I've worn it or thrown it around the cord over the years - yes, you shouldn't!) But the new cord works and I'm back in business. (And still throw the line - maybe I should have ordered two!)

The build quality of this cable is very good but it does NOT fit my Wayne VIP50 pump which is a few years old. The "shoulder" on the part of the cable that connects to the pump is longer than the shoulder on the original cable on my VIP50. This causes this part of the connector to protrude beyond the pump housing, so it will not create a proper watertight seal when used as a replacement for the original VIP50 cable.
