Very disappointed

Opened the box and tried it for the first time and it ruined my photos! I've tried cutting professional studio prints and at first some had rough edges while others started to peel off the print. The blade got stuck and wouldn't move all the way up/down unless I pushed really hard, so it started tearing up the normal photo as well. It seems to work fine for standard paper, but no more. And I was excited to see that there is a blue part that folds up, thought it would act as a guide when…

Very disappointed

If I had never used another trimmer or cutting board I would love this one. As a scoreboard and as a trimmer this is the worst I have ever used. When I read about some of the problems I thought I could work around them, but I can't. The folding feature appealed to me, but it turned out to be the source of the problem. The crease of the board is pretty much exactly 5 1/2 inches. Due to the instability of the fracture, it is almost impossible to get a good result with this measurement. So if…

that's nice but annoying

I should have looked more closely at the pictures. The cm hand is on the right side. I use cm, not inches. So for me it's a fail as you can't measure the right edge of the paper. The cutting dimensions will always be slightly different as the markings are much higher than the plane of the paper. The blade cuts well, I only checked individual leaves. I would think this wouldn't work with volumetric slicing as the ruler is pressed against the magnet which is nice but annoying. I compared it to my
