Lets air through. good for tube fittings

Put simply, it lets air through. The fit itself is pretty good, the threads were clean and matched my air hose and reel well. The problem is with the swivel, air will flow through it unless you turn it to the right angle to try and install the seal. It's not a small leak either, if you don't point it at the right angle it can drain your tank pretty quickly. I have to use a bungee cord on my hose to put a little pressure on the swivel where it lets in the least amount of air. Leaks in this type…

Pros
  • carbon steel for durability and high pressure burst resistance
Cons
  • thin
