Mixed results best in metal polishes

I've had mixed results, it removed some of the tarnish but not all of it. I've tried it on various items, from a silver necklace to a silver serving pot and tray. With the same result for everyone. Not very happy with the result, but at least it got rid of some of the dullness.

This is the best sterling silver product on the market today

This is the best sterling silver product on the market today. My sterling silver jewelry came out so clean and shiny with no effort. Just drop your jewelry and BAM! Plaque is removed immediately. I used this product I bought from the store about 10 years ago and couldn't find this product again. Thanks to Revain, I've found my little miracle cure.

Stinks but works!: House cleaning

I've wanted to clean my wife's silver jewelry for years. They languished in their jewelry box and became more and more clouded. I tried rubbing the solution in with a damp cloth but I just couldn't get over the smell. Instead, I poured some into a small plastic bowl and just let the pieces soak. A few seconds for some and a few minutes for the more tarnished ones, I took them out with a pin and dried them. It couldn't be easier.

Works great but DO NOT USE ON ANTIQUE SILVER!

I'm giving 1 star for a reason. Nowhere in the description does it say it can't be used on antique silver. However, it is mentioned several times that it is excellent for heirlooms. I'm not sure what's the difference? Unfortunately we missed the very last line of the tiny instructions on the bottle and ruined an antique silver jug. My wife was devastated. Although the product worked great. Easy to use, instantly removes varnish. Of course, it also removed the finish, which really sucks.

Pros
  • Revitalize - Restore silver to its original beauty by removing discoloration and preventing tarnishing
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Doesn't smell as bad as Tarn-X, but doesn't work as well either.

I bought this product because I have used other Weiman products that I liked. This product turned out to be almost useless and did not work as advertised. Following the directions, I placed a small amount of the product in a glass bowl and placed the sterling silver chain inside. Not only did the tarnish not go away in 2-3 seconds as claimed, but after changing the solution after a few hours and then waiting another hour or so the necklace was still tarnished and was far from shiny…

Pros
  • Revitalizes - rejuvenates dull and tarnished silver by removing plaque and improving luster
Cons
  • Long Lead Time

Met! Very easy to use for jewelry.

After not wearing most of my jewelry for over a year, I found that a lot of my jewelry has tarnished in all that time! I had never used silver polish (a few years ago I tried polishing some jewelry with baking soda and aluminum foil - I don't recommend it - I thought my jewelry would be ruined forever!) so I decided to give it a try. I followed the directions, soaking the jewelry for a few seconds, then wiping with a dry cloth and rinsing with soap and water. Wow! I'm amazed The chemical…

Pros
  • To Use - The phosphate-free formula is safe to use on heavily tarnished silver or copper metalwork
Cons
  • Unsafe
