Not bad, not amazing.

I slept on one of these for a few weeks after hurricane Laura. It was amazing at first, but then not so great. It developed a very slow leak after the first few days, and I was never able to find the leak or path it, though I tried several times. I had to submerge it in a bathtub in a house with no lights, using a headlight to try and spot leaks, and never could find it.I lived in my yard in a tent with this, and had to re-inflate it two or three times per night. It was surprisingly comfortable

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • May not provide enough insulation in colder temperatures

Still feel the ground, skinny

It cushion you from the ground when you roll over, but the air pushes from one end to the other and still lets your hips or shoulders feel the hard ground when you roll. I haven’t been camping in a while, but if memory serves, the foam eggshell mats were better. I had a thick sleeping bag on this mat that I think did more than the mat itself. The mat is narrow. I think a full grown man would be over the edges.Pros: packs very small, and it does provide a little cushion.

Cons
  • Repairing leaks can be a hassle

Tall and wide easily inflates

Looking for a lightweight sleep pad for backpacking for tall people? This might do it. Photo is next to my Kelty Coyote 85L. This weighed in at 17 oz. w/ the included stuff sack.Out of the package it seems as solid as the high end pads. No discerning smell. It is a little crinkle sounding, but for a light pad, it is expected.Easy to inflate with 9 deep breaths. The width and length are great for me at 6' 3" at 240#. Not as light as some higher end narrow and shorter pads, but for the price it's

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • May not fit all body types or sizes

Comfort is key to sleep

I love this sleeping mat, im in the military and ive been looking everywhere for a decent sleeping mat to use. I sleep on the ground 100% of the time so getting a comfortable isn’t happening. Especially considering the sleeping mats that get issued suck at comfort and keeping the cold from the ground away from you. But the mat is the best thing i own for sleeping comfortably at night, no matter what position you put yourself in your gunna be comfortable. On top of that it does a great job…

Pros
  • Multi-purpose use makes this product perfect for use in outdoor adventures, as well as home use for guests or family members
Cons
  • May slide around on slick tent floors

Excellent quality product with good value for money

Jul 2019- I'm not an avid hiker, so my review is based on limited use. Got this pad just before our section hike on AT. The pad is exactly as its specifications and description. Very easy to inflate and deflate, I had no issues in the field while setting up my sleeping arrangements. I think it took only 10 - 13 full breaths for me to inflate it to a pretty hard cushioning. The 2-valve system (Outer valve is a normal simple one, and the inner valve is 1-way that allows air only inward) is great…

Pros
  • Eco-friendly materials used in the production of this product, making it a responsible and sustainable choice for conscious consumers
Cons
  • May not provide enough padding for those with joint pain

Very impressed: my feedback

I was pretty impressed with this pad before I even used it. Then I took it out for a short, three night trip and I am as impressed as ever. Here's my story:I love camping and backpacking but I'm a pretty frugal guy so I don't usually buy the latest and greatest. My backpack is from when I was a teenager (20 years ago), my hiking boots are from a thrift store, and I have used an old, foam, 1/2 inch sleeping pad for years. It works well enough, but I usually have to strap it to the outside of my…

Pros
  • Easy to clean and maintain, requiring minimal effort and time to keep in pristine condition
Cons
  • May become slippery if wet or damp

Mixed feelings but it's definitely worth keeping

Taking it out of the package, it looked really long and big, I didn't realize that uninflated it would look like that. It's an interesting product! When you blow it up, the bubbles expand and the whole thing shrinks to a normal pad size, but it's plenty big. This blows up really easily, it was under 10 breaths. Laying down on it, my first impression was that it's a little crinkly and the material gives me the chills. I hope that gets better over time. The crinkly noise doesn't seem to happen…

Pros
  • Compact size allows for easy storage in backpacks, duffel bags, or other travel luggage
Cons
  • May shift around during sleep, causing discomfort

Great little sleep Matt

Only reason I gave it 4 stars was I wish it were a R value of 3 and a little lighter, however for the money your talking the same R value as the thermarest Uber lite taking this on a cdt through hike been sleeping on it quite a bit it’s held up so far very impressed.

Pros
  • PERFECT GIFT CHOICE: What better than giving the gift of an amazing adventure to your friends and family? Give one of these camping pads for sleeping to each member of your family and enjoy a luxurious camping trip together.
Cons
  • May be difficult to clean and maintain

Great Product on my review.

This was a well made product. It was easy to inflate and very light. But I had to return it because it wasn’t what I was needing or was looking for, otherwise I would of kept it!

Pros
  • Foam Sleeping Mats
Cons
  • May not be suitable for those with back problems

Fantastic sleeping pad

Just finished a 104 mile hike on the PCT, this is by far the most comfortable sleeping pad I’ve ever used. I’m 6’2”, 260lbs and I sleep on my side. With most sleeping pads my hip and shoulder hit the ground through the pad, but not with this one. I also didn’t have the issue with sliding off the pad. Very quick to deflate and easy to roll and stow in the pack- definitely recommend this one.

Pros
  • Quick inflation and deflation for hassle-free setup and takedown
Cons
  • May be too bulky to pack for some travelers

Handy little air mattress.

We got this to use with the cot. It works nicely.Easy to inflate/deflate. It's used 8 days at a time. Have to reinflate a little when the temps are fluctuating. (Like most air mattresses.)Small, easy to pack.

Pros
  • Super easy to inflate. Small when packed and slightly better than cheap foam rolls for a decent value.
Cons
  • Limited color options may not match individual preferences or equipment

Ok I picked this up in April just specifically for a trip planned for this week.Never even opened the package, just took it out of the box and put it in the backpack that I only use for this special camping trip. 2+Mile hike into the campsite trying to beat the rains, level my tent site and pitch my tent. I take this out of the package, blow it up, goes flat before I can get the tent unzipped. I find one hole (Fairly good sized slice) patch it with Gorilla Tape, (No repair kit comes with this…

Pros
  • Made with durable, high-quality materials, ensuring long-lasting use no matter the conditions
Cons
  • May not provide enough support for side sleepers

Possibly best ultralight pad for the money

Bought this pad in March 2019 (writing this Sept 2020). I camp on average 2-3 nights a month (some multi-day backpacking trips included in this usage) in many different weather (mainly in the Mid to Northeast states).Pros: Extremely light and takes us no space. This is a massive advantage as often time I would leave behind my old sleeping pad on backpacking trips since they can take up so much dang space, not to mention the added weight. With this, problem is solved. This can easily be stuffed…

Pros
  • Superior durability means this sleeping pad will last for many years, providing reliable comfort for countless camping trips and expeditions
Cons
  • May not fully inflate in high altitude conditions

Really impressed (SO FAR)!

I received the Wellax Sleeping Pad four days ago. Even after reading many of the positive reviews from "big" men who claimed they could lie on the pad without feeling the ground underneath them, I admit was skeptical. I'm 5'10," 135 lbs., a full-on side sleeper with bony hips, and I toss and turn throughout the night. For me, the pad's length, width, thickness and insulation claims were all major factors when making my purchase. Here's what I discovered:I was really pleased with how light the…

Pros
  • Lightweight and compact design makes this mattress easy to carry and transport on any outdoor excursion
Cons
  • May be susceptible to punctures from sharp objects
