Unacceptable. for industrial drills

It took almost half an hour to get through the rather thin sheet of steel, which I then had to clean with a Dremel. The punch didn't work. Of all the step drills I've ever used, this was by far the worst.

How many times has it been returned?

There are three stickers in total, which means it has been returned, reissued and resold multiple times. One of the drill bits is damaged but I'm not sure how this affects the quality. To be honest, I feel uncomfortable even trying. Looks like it has been varnished to look like titanium bits. The case it is in had a lot of scratches and dents. I didn't have time to return the item and now I'm stuck with this horrible item.

Value for what you pay for

Overall I would say the set is worth the money. The punch leaves a lot to be desired, not always hitting on the first try, but it's sharp enough to at least leave a mark, if not a full right punch. The bits themselves are sharp; and their specified hole sizes are fairly accurate. I don't expect them to last as long as a premium set but for the price you can buy them multiple times before getting close to what you would spend on a premium set.
