Hot water faucet can be tricky to install. Need help. I personally find it too big for me. You have to be careful where you put your device underneath or you've splashed it with very hot water.

I bought this dispenser to replace a leaking Quick & Hot dispenser whose tank is still working properly. This is a perfect replacement, works well and has all the parts you need.

I had to return this item as it was too big for my kitchen sink. I wish I could use it because it's very attractive and the only one I've found in bronze

Installation was difficult so I left it to a professional. The block itself seems to work fine. Hot water on hand is great. I also recommend the filter I bought to extend the life of this unit.

So I finally got them to admit the faucet was out of order. After several months of unanswered letters. Instead of fixing or replacing it, they sent me a part to fix. I have to buy a special tool to do the job. Don't buy these, no guarantees and they're expensive. Oh!

VERY difficult to install. None of the fittings appeared to be standard sizes. Possibly a metric. Had to buy lots of extra parts to eventually install. The pressure in this newer mixer is much higher. I had to buy an extra valve to reduce water consumption. After purchasing additional parts I had to hire a plumber!

Looks great and works. However, the internal valve is more like an on and off situation. It is very difficult to control the flow and the water will spill out very quickly if you are not careful. Splashes often occur when filling cups. For better control, I also had to install a line valve in the water supply line to limit the maximum flow.

Nice faucet, I bought the first one in 2018 to replace a leaky one. This went on for three years. Moving on to December 2020 when I will be purchasing this faucet again as a replacement. THIS CONTINUES FOR FOUR MONTHS. Now it flows constantly. I won't make that mistake a second time. Note: These tanks and faucets wear out. We have been using different models since 1988. This is the first faucet to last less than three years.

In December 2022 I replaced my brass hot water tank under the sink but the faucet was a 2012 original. My faucet started leaking and needed replacing. I ordered an exact replacement faucet from Amazon from WestBrass. The picture shows 1/4" copper tubing from the faucet to the tank, just like the original. When I received it it had braided steel tubing. Argh! But the new faucet came with pressure fittings to connect to the old copper tubing. I cut the old tubing and installed the new faucet. Not
