I love this line very much. I do crafts. When I'm cutting with an Exacto knife, I need a cork-backed ruler to keep it from slipping and cutting your finger. Not much to say about the ruler but I can say I had no trouble reading the measurements on the ruler. With normal use and transport in a backpack, it has not torn. The grip is comfortable when you take a ruler. The downside is that the short edges aren't flat, meaning you can't press the ruler against anything. However, there is a step between the edge of the ruler and the first/last measurement, which means that dents do not affect the ability to measure.
