Westinghouse Lighting 6-Inch White Ceiling Fixture Review

My wife's dressing room light was flickering, I decided to fix it. It's easy with this replacement. Works and looks good. I would buy another one if the lights went out in my personal closet. I'm shocked it was so cheap. It's made of glass and appears to be of good quality. Many Thanks.

For some reason you have to rip out the insulation to get to the ends of the wires that are inside. One of the wires is attached to the base so it goes straight into one of the mounting screws. It's just poor engineering and packaging.

Looks good, is inexpensive, easy to install and uses an Edison fitting which I prefer to non-detachable LEDs (because you can change the brightness and color temperature as needed without changing the fixture) . One star has been removed due to a tiny black spot on the glass case that is not polished.

I ordered this lamp last month and the first one I received was used. I sent it back and waited patiently for a replacement. He arrived today and you know what? IT IS ALSO USED. How difficult is it to ship a new light like I ordered? Love the spliced tape and torn insulation on this "new" light fixture. AVOID!

Needed a ceiling light with laundry pull to replace the light where the pull stopped working. Easy installation with existing ceiling fixtures. It took about 20 minutes to remove the old lamp and install the new one. I added an LED lamp and the light was perfect. The thread is easy to attach and easy to pull.

basic socket, I put 6 pieces instead without pull chains, one had a broken cable, one arrived with broken glass, I throw away two broken ones together made a good one and ordered another one. They are very cheap and you get what you pay for. They work fine in my closets for simple string lighting.

I have ordered six of these to replace the ceramic lamps in my closets. Looks good, good design, easy to assemble. I would buy them again. I'm a little worried about the switches as they sound a bit "tinny" and aren't as smooth as I'm used to. A small problem for the good price of these lights. After all, they don't turn on and off many times a day. I will update after some use.
