2 out of 4 hooks ordered are unthreaded so you cannot attach the hook to the threaded screws in the kit. Had to call Revain to send me 2 more Lesson: review them as soon as you get them and come back, don't wait until you're halfway through your project.

My 38 pound chandelier hook broke and the light fixture fell 2 feet hanging by the wires. I searched the internet for a replacement hook that was at least one weight class. I found this one at Revain and it's priced at £50. My chandelier is painted a dark oily bronze so I used a primer and spray paint and now it matches perfectly. It's a solid hook and I have a feeling it will hold the attachment forever now.

We were walking around our home with a Saloon/Old West looking for a hook to hang part of a faux candlestick chain from.
